Jeff was reared near Williamston, Michigan and enjoyed spending time at his grandparents’ farm north of Fowlerville. In the early 1980s, he moved to Florida where he met his late wife, Carrie. Together they raised three boys. Illness struck and after 26 years of marriage, Carrie lost her battle with cancer.
In time, Jeff remarried the most wonderful Laura (a gifted musician/song writer/piano instructor/worship leader) and began a journey of building a new and rewarding marriage. This journey includes the fascinating role of step-father. Together Jeff and Laura have 5 children ranging in age from 36 to 18. The score is 4 boys to 1 girl–and she usually (read always) wins. Also in the mix are a couple of daughter-in-laws and two grandsons ages 13 and 11.
