As a church, we want to help young adults grow as disciples of Jesus and become deeply connected to the life of the church.

The Compass College & Career Ministry is part of our small-group ministry and is designed for college students, recent graduates, and young professionals. Our goal is to help young adults grow in their knowledge of God, build meaningful Christian relationships, and learn to follow Christ faithfully in the decisions and responsibilities of everyday life.

Young adults are also encouraged to worship with the whole church on Sunday mornings, where they can sit under the teaching of Scripture, serve alongside believers of every generation, and become an active part of the life and mission of Compass Church.
