Many churches have a goal to fulfill the Lord’s commands in the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20). However, these same churches often struggle with having the resources and tools needed to help believers of all ages to grow in their own faith and bring others to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
The Compass Church is no different, we long to see the Great Commission fulfilled and yet, as a church plant, we need help too! Well, help has arrived! Through our cooperation with the North American Mission Board and the SEND Network, we are pleased to announce that “The Pipeline” will be freely offered to all adults wishing to grow in their faith and lead others to faith in Christ.
The Pipeline strategy is a 3-Tier system designed to help believers:
Lead Yourself
Lead Others
Lead the Church
Launching in October, everyone will have the chance to register and enroll in the “The Pipeline” and be placed in a cohort. Each cohort will be a maximum of 12 people and will meet every other week in-person (or via Zoom). The cohort participants will have access to an online environment filled with a library of resources from books, articles, and videos designed to help shape and form them to be on mission in their community.
